Last month I joined the Stoke Consulting team! Having resigned from my previous General Management role, I was looking for a new challenge. The opportunity to do consultancy was appealing as it offered me variety, flexibility and the opportunity for problem-solving. All of which I love!
With my own business and leadership background, I bring new skills and different perspectives to the group. A positive for me, Stoke Consulting and our clients.
What attracted me to Stoke Consulting:

- Having met 5 of the consultants during the interview process I had a good feeling I would enjoy working with each of them, and
- Working collaboratively with a group of like-minded consultants in an established, well-structured service business provided the support I was looking for to move into consultancy full time.
The Stoke Consulting team is spread over Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. I joined the week the team met in Brisbane for a strategy setting workshop. A great way to fast track my induction.
